How this site
uses cookies
Essential cookies make booking work. Everything else runs only after you opt in, and you can change your mind at any time with the button below.
Essential, always on
session_id keeps your visit and booking progress together. cookie_consent stores the choice you make in the cookie panel for 12 months. booking_state remembers the treatment, duration and preferred timing you selected while you move through the booking steps. These cannot be switched off because booking does not function without them.
Analytics, only with your consent
First party measurement of how the site is used: which page you arrived on, whether you came from Google or social media (utm_source, utm_campaign, first_landing_page), which service pages interest you (service_interest), whether you have visited before (returning_visitor), and how far bookings progress (view_service, check_availability, start_booking, booking_complete). With the same consent we also load Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, which set their own cookies to measure traffic, engagement and usability.
Marketing, only with your consent
Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel, used solely to measure whether our advertising on Google, Facebook and Instagram leads to bookings, and to reach people who have shown interest. Declining this never affects your booking.
What we never store in cookies
Nothing about your health. Injury details, pain descriptions, medical conditions and anything you tell the intake assistant are sent directly to our secure systems and are never placed in cookies, local storage or analytics events. Health information is special category data under UK GDPR and is handled accordingly.
